Q: How to select the FedEx express shipping way?

A: Due to different country with different shipping cost of FedEx express, if the shipping cost is similar, we will select FedEx express according to your order weight and total amount for some countries like U.S.A / UK etc. But if you have small orders and want to ship by FedEx express, please contact our sales and they will calculate the exact extra shipping cost for you.

For order reached US$8.0, we will use registered mail post with shipping time 15 to 35 workdays to most countries. Q: How to track the shipping information?

A: Please login with your tracking number in 17track website
But normally, the tracking information will be valid within 5 workdays after we shipped your order.

Q: Why hasn’t the logistics information been updated since the goods arrived in the local country?

A: For order less than US$9.0, there is no updated tracking information if the goods arrived in local country.
We highly recommend you to contact your local mail post with tracking number if the goods had already
arrived in your country.

Q: Why does the logistics information show that the goods have been signed but can I still not receive the goods?

A: one condition is the package had arrived in your local place post office, then it will confirm signing information
automatically; the other condition is that the package had delivered in your mailbox or receipt, it maybe signed by
your family or friends.

Q: How much customs fee I need to pay?

A: For mail post parcel, it normally have no customs fee for most countries expect special countries like Canada,
Mexico, Brazil, Italy, Spain etc.

Q: Why can not ship to my country?

A: For two reasons: one is we have sole agent in some countries and we recommend you can buy from your local
market; the other reason–the shipping service is not available for some special countries. Sorry for it.

For Color Difference & Volume

Q: Why are there color differences between real products and pictures displayed on the computer?

A: Due to the pictures were taken in different lighting background and will be showed by different display, so it is
normal for color difference between real products and pictures.

Q: Why is the goods I received not full?

A: We declared each bottle with exact volume like 8ml each jar/bottle. But the volume of full bottle at least 12ml .
Meanwhile, due to the goods were filled by machine, ±2% error is possible.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
